Orders involving complex designs may require additional time, with specifics advised upon application. Our production process is tailored to each order, relying on specific glass and materials from various sources. Given the current industry challenges, including material shortages and distribution delays, we cannot provide exact dispatch dates until materials are received and production is confirmed. Upon order, you’ll receive confirmation and a quiet period as we prepare your materials, followed by updates on delivery scheduling.

Delivery charges vary based on location and order value. Orders under £425+VAT incur a £50+VAT charge, while orders above this value are delivered free to regularly visited locations. Charges for seldom visited locations depend on specifics provided during the quotation process. To reduce delivery costs, consider ordering more units at once, picking up from our factory, or arranging delivery to a nearby location where we deliver free or at a reduced charge. Our products require bespoke distribution due to their nature, and a £75+VAT redelivery charge applies if initial delivery attempts fail.

We offer a primarily DIY service, allowing you to manage your own installation and, significantly reduce costs. We support this approach with detailed measuring and fitting guides, ensuring you can confidently install our products. For those preferring professional installation, we offer this service to domestic customers within a 50-mile radius of our Sheffield head office. This geographical focus allows us to maintain competitive pricing while delivering expert installation services.
